Logging Into the Moxie Software Support Site

THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:

All customers who wish to obtain access to the Moxie Software Support Site (http://support.gomoxie.com/) in order to obtain documentation or find assistance with one of the Moxie Software products.

PROCESS:

Logging In:

1.  Go to the Moxie Software Support Site at:  http://support.gomoxie.com/ 

2.  Enter your Login (email address) & Password

3.  Select Sign In.

4. You should now be able to access the site, the self-service Knowledgebase, product documentation, and support resources (including your interactions and chat).

Important Note:Authorization from your Account Manager or other approved contact will be required before credentials to the Support Site can be provided to new users.

AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:

Please feel free to pass this along to any of your users who may need this information, as it is fairly redundant as an article in the KnowledgeBase that is accessible from the Support Site upon successful login.  You can print this out or email it to others who may need it for future reference or who are having trouble logging in to the site. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Encountering Issues:
If after logging on to the Moxie Support Site any of the above-noted options do not appear, make sure that you have accessed the site using Firefox or Internet Explorer (in compatibility mode). Google Chrome is not recommended for use with the Support Site.
