Finding Your Version of CIM NetAgent

Please keep in mind that some versions look different than others, so your windows may look slightly different than the screen shots below.

Finding your version in Moxie Channels NetAgent:
From the nGenera Customer Interaction management Quick Launch Page, click on either the Administrator link or the Agent Client link to open the login screen. The version number will be centered at bottom.


Version information can also be accessed from within Agent Client by clicking on the Help Menu and choosing About Moxie Channels or About nGenera CIM. A pop up window will display listing your version at the bottom.
