Customers are encouraged to upgrade to the latest versions of Channels and Knowledge prior to the end-of-support dates listed below. Moxie will not be providing support for these versions beyond this date.
Moxie’s decision to end support for these versions are based on a number of considerations such as the number of customers currently on the version, the ability to support the version effectively due to changes in the underlying infrastructure (supported versions of Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Windows), etc...
