Covered Application Services
This policy applies to application data for Moxie’s Chat, Email, Concierge and other application services with the exception, as noted below, of Moxie’s Knowledgebase application service.
18 Month Retention Policy
Moxie monitors and seeks to improve applications, systems, and processes to meet the growing demands and challenges of security. Our data retention policy, in line with industry recommended practice, is designed to limit the amount of time that we store our customer's application data to a maximum of 18 months.
Moxie may delete application data which is older than 18 months. Deleted application data may no longer be available. This deletion policy applies to among, other things, chat records, email records, and reporting information. This deletion provision does not apply to knowledge articles (and content embedded in or attached to knowledge articles) stored in Moxie’s Knowledgebase Applications
If you wish to have access to application data beyond 18 months, data export & database access options are available for purchase. Please contact your Account Manager for more information.
Note: This policy generally applies to customers who first contracted for their Moxie application service after October 1, 2016. Customers who began their application service prior to October 1, 2016 or who have separately negotiated terms with Moxie may be subject to alternate terms. Customers should check their contracts with Moxie to confirm the data retention terms that apply to them.
