THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:
Moxie Channels NetAgent version 8.1
ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
An Administrator attempts to run a Database cleanup using the 60 minute timer.
Database cleanup will continue to run after the 60 minute timer limit regardless of the size of the DatabaseĀ and will only stop with a service restart.

ROOT CAUSE:
This is a known issue with the Timer Settings.
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
If using version 8.1, do not use the 60 minute timer. Updating to the latest version of Moxie Channels NetAgent will resolve this issue.
AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:
Users of all current versions of Moxie Channels NetAgentĀ 8.1.
