Exit Button Misaligned on the Chat Customer Client for IE6 and IE7

THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:

Moxie Channels NetAgent version 8.3.2 (Chat)

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

The 'Exit' button in the chat portal would be slightly misaligned from the 'Copy' and 'Paste' buttons when using browsers Internet Explorer 6 and Internet Explorer 7.

ROOT CAUSE:

Formatting for the Customer Client was incorrect for Internet Explorer 6 and Internet Explorer 7.

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

This issue has been addressed in Moxie Channels NetAgent version 8.3.2 HF4. Please install this hotfix to correct this issue.

AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:

All clients using Moxie Channels NetAgent version 8.3.2 with customers accessing Moxie Channels NetAgent Chat using Internet Explorer 6 or Internet Explorer 7.
