Proactive Statistics Page Lists No Application Servers or Monitored Sites

All versions of Moxie Channels NetAgent.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

When looking at the Proactive Statistics page, no Application Servers are listed and no sites are being monitored.

ROOT CAUSE:

When the Proactive Server was set up, the FQDN (fully qualified domain name) was used instead of the server IP address.

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

If the fully qualified domain name was used when the Proactive Server was set up, change the FQDN to the server IP address.
