Scheduled Reports Not Running After Password Change

THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:

All versions of Moxie Channels NetAgent prior to Hot Fix 7.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Scheduled Reports are not running after a change of password on the account used to run reports

ROOT CAUSE:

If the password associated with the Scheduled Reporter account was changed in the Accounts/Special Accounts page, the automatic logon to the Agent Client with the Scheduled Reporter account fails and the reports are not generated.

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

This issue is resolved in Hot Fix 7. Upgrade to the latest Hot Fix to resolve this issue.

AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:

Administrators running Scheduled Reports.
