Enabling User Dumps
THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:
All versions of Moxie Channels NetAgent.
PROCESS:
Follow these steps to enable User Dumps:

Please download and install “Userdump” from the URL below:

- While installing, please ensure that you select the "Enable Dump on Process Termination feature":
- Once the install is complete, a control panel plug-in called Process Dumper is created. Click Start, then select Control Panel. Double click the Process Dumper application.
- In the Process Monitoring tab, click on New. Enter naserver.exe as the Application name and click ok.
- A row is added to the Application List. Select this row and click on Rules.
- Modify the settings in the Process Monitoring Rules for naserver.exe dialog to match these settings:
- Click Ok twice to close both windows.
