Determining the Maximum Number of Agent Accounts Allowed

THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:
All versions of Moxie Channels NetAgent.
PROCESS:
To determine the maximum number of Agent accounts allowed on your licence, log into the Moxie Channels Web Administrator.
- Click on System then select License A list of all options available and their enabled state based on the applied license is displayed.
- The entry Maximum accounts is the number of Agents accounts allowed. If the Maximum accounts is 'None', then the number of accounts that can be created is unlimited.
- The entry Maximum seats is the number of Agents that can be logged in at a time.

If you need to increase your Maximum accounts or Maximum seats, please contact your account administrator.
