Page Not Found When Logging into the NetAgent Administrator

THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:
All versions of Moxie Channels NetAgent.
ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
The Page can't be Found Error is received when attempting to log in to the Moxie Channels Web Administrator:
ROOT CAUSE:
This can be caused by either the IIS Services or the Web Services not being started or needing to be restarted.
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
- Log onto the Application Server using an account with administrative privileges.
- Click on Start, then select Control Panel. Open the Services console found in Administrative Tools.
- Locate IIS Admin Service and make sure the status is ‘Started'. If it is not in Started status, right click on the IIS Admin Service and select Start
- Locate World Wide Web Publishing Service and make sure the status is ‘Started'. If it is not in Started status, right click on the World Wide Web Publishing Service and select Start
- If both services appear to be started, then restart IIS Admin Service and check to see if the issue is resolved.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
When selecting Restart for IIS Admin service, you will be prompted for authorization to restart any service attached to IIS. The World Wide Web Publishing Service will be in that list. Click on the Yes button to also restart the World Wide Web Publishing Service .
