Portal Login Page Encountered when using a Bookmark to Access a Secure Portal

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

When a user has bookmarked an article in a Secure Portal and later tries to return using the bookmark, they are taken back to the login page – even if they have logged into the same Portal.

ROOT CAUSE:

This is by design to ensure the security of Secure Portals.

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

"No registration Portals" do not have this limit, however they are not secure either.

AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:

Any user using a bookmark to return to a Secure Portal.
