Removing a User from a Scheduled Report When the Creator of the Report is Unknown

THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:
All versions of Moxie Channels NetAgent.
PROCESS:
- Log in to the Moxie Channels Web Administrator with an account that has Administrative privileges.
- Navigate to: SYSTEM then Supervisor.
- Select Scheduled Report Address Book.
- Place a checkmark next to the user's name and click the Delete button to remove them from the Address Book.
This process will remove the recipient from any reports that they currently receive.
