ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
Search Results Snap In does not function properly, resulting in an error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when attempting to view the snap in.
ROOT CAUSE:
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
This issue is resolved in Knowledgebase version 8.2 Hot Fix 4. Ugrade to the latest version of Knowledgebase to fix this issue.
