Create a New License when Changing IP's

THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:

All versions of Moxie Channels.

PROCESS:

Moving Moxie Channels to a new IP Address will require a new License Key to be generated.

  1. Go to http://support.moxiesoft.com.
  2. Log in with your Support login and password.
  3. Click Tools on the top right side of the page.
  4. Select "IP change request form."
  5. Enter your test License Key into the License Key field.
  6. Enter the new IP address and the reason for the change in the next form. Hit Submit.
  7. A new key will be created immediately.

AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:

Administrators that are installing Moxie Channels on new workstations or any other action that would result in a new IP address.
