THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:
Moxie Channels NetAgent prior to 8.3.2 Hot Fix 7.
ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
There was an issue with the print function of the event tab in the email search functionality of CIM. The border prints but nothing else.
ROOT CAUSE:
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
This problem has been fixed in Hot Fix 7. Please upgrade to the latest version of Moxie Channels NetAgent to resolve this issue.
