ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

The Customer Portal takes 20-60 seconds to load when Search Cloud has been enabled in the Admin Control Panel for the customer-facing portal.

RESOLVED IN:

This issue is corrected in Knowledgebase 8.3 Hotfix 4.
