All versions of Moxie Channels NetAgent.
ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
ROOT CAUSE:
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
The following is a list of all ports that may need to be utilized by Moxie Channels in a standard installation. Please ensure that the Moxie Channels NetAgent Application server has access to all of these ports when configuring a firewall.
Please note that port 25 will still need to be enabled in a Chat-only environment if you wish to send chat transcripts to your customers via email.
25 - SMTP
80 - WEB
110 - POP3
143 - IMAP4
443 - WEB
1433 - SQL
1521 - ORACLE (Does not apply to versions 9.0 and above)
4060 - TELEPHONY
5055 - TELEPHONY
5770 - CIM/NETAGENT
5771 - CIM/NETAGENT
8080 - TELEPHONY
