ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
When you have a direct article link from one Portal to an article in another Portal that opens a second browser window, the session for the second browser will highjack the first open browser so that the second Portal is now displayed in both browser windows.
ROOT CAUSE:
This issue is caused by the way in which Internet Explorer manages Internet sessions, and is a known browser limitation.
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
Be sure to close the first browser before opening the next Portal.

All customers.

Previously you could launch a new session in another version of the browser; now you must actually log out of the Portal if it has any security involved.
