THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:

Knowledgebase 9.0 Thru Knowledgebase 9.0.1 hotfix 2 patch 1 installed on Windows 2008 operating system

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Steps to replicate issue:
1. Log into to the Knowledgebase Administrative Control Panel.
2. Select Reports and click Article Hit Report.
3. Select a data range from 2008 to the current Date.
4. Perhaps a total of 500 results will be presented (It may vary depending on system) and 20 pages total are indicated at the bottom of the results.
5. The first page of report lists 20 rows of data on the page.
6. The second page of the 500 results lists 19 rows of data.
7. The third page of the 500 results lists 18 rows of data on the page.

Please note that every page you advance using the pagination a row of data is missing and does not display.  Due to this when the last page of the hypothetical 500 results is reached many rows of data are no longer displaying.  At page 20, 20 rows would be missing.
