Cannot Upload PDF Due to “Exceeded Max File Size” Error

Knowledgebase version 8.3.2
ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
During installation of Knowledgebase version 8.3.2, a component (Magellan) is installed to allow for display and conversion of PDF documents. If you do not restart the application server after installation of this component it is possible you will be unable to upload PDFs due to an error indicating that the file size exceeds the maximum allowed file size even if it is smaller than the configured maximum. If you encounter this issue the most likely cause is that a required restart of the server was not done during the installation of the Magellan component. To correct the issue you should restart your server.

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
Restart the Knowledgebase application server to ensure the Magellan component is ready.
AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:
This issue may occur to any internal user who attempts to create an article by uploading a PDF document.
