CIM Channels NetAgent Cannot Push Data to a Customer Using Chrome 4.0

All versions of Moxie Channels NetAgent (Chat).

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Customers are not seeing web content pushed from the Agents after the initial push. For instance, if an Agent pushed www.google.com to a customer, and then attempted to push www.espn.com, the customer would never see the second link.

ROOT CAUSE:

This is a known issue with Chrome 4.0. Currently, Chrome 4.0 will only allow a single page of pushed content within a browser session. It is unclear at this time whether this feature was removed in this build of the browser on purpose, or whether it is merely an oversight.

Please note: older versions of Chrome do seem to work.

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

None at this time, pending an update from Google. Please note thatĀ older versions of Chrome do seem to work.
