" ""To"" Field in Email Search Only Accepts a Limited Amount of Characters"

All versions of Moxie Channels NetAgent 8.3.2 prior to Hot Fix 4.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Within the Agent Client, when running an email search, you can only put a maximum of 50 characters within the "To" field when searching by address.

ROOT CAUSE:

This is by design.

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

This limit has been expanded to 255 characters in Moxie Channels NetAgent 8.3.2 Hot Fix 4. Please install this Hot Fix to resolve this issue.
