Old Articles are Not Displayed Under Hot Topics

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
Despite being searched multiple times, older articles are not displayed under the Hot Topics section.
ROOT CAUSE:
The Date Range for Hot Topics is set too low.
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
Increase the number of Date Range for Hot Topics:
- Log in to the KB Admin Control Panel and click Portal.
- Select the appropriate Portal from the list.
- Click Configure under Portal Customization.
- In the Portal Homepage Layout area, click Edit.
- Change the Date Range for Hot Topics.
