Old Articles are Not Displayed Under Hot Topics

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Despite being searched multiple times, older articles are not displayed under the Hot Topics section.

ROOT CAUSE:

The Date Range for Hot Topics is set too low.

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

Increase the number of Date Range for Hot Topics:
  1. Log in to the KB Admin Control Panel and click Portal.
  2. Select the appropriate Portal from the list.
  3. Click Configure under Portal Customization.
  4. In the Portal Homepage Layout area, click Edit.
  5. Change the Date Range for Hot Topics.
If the article is older than the maximum date range of 95 days, consider publishing an updated version of the article.
