Creating a Review Process for Outbound CIM Email

THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:

Moxie Channels NetAgent version 7.0 (Email) and later.

PROCESS:

Emails are being sent immediately, however, you wish to have them reviewed by an agent or supervisor before they are sent.

This can be addressed by using the Send Wait Time function in the individual mailbox settings.

(Note: This must be done on an individual mailbox level, there is no global setting) >

1. In the Administrator Panel, navigate to the Email tab at the top of the screen, and select Mailboxes.

2. Select the name of the mailbox you wish to edit on the right hand side of the panel.  On the screen which follows, you will be presented with the Settings tab (by default).

3. Take note of the Send Wait Time (minutes). This is where you can either set the wait time from anywhere from 1-60 minutes, or utilize the Hold For Review option. If this is selected, no emails will be sent from the outbox until they are reviewed and re-sent by an agent or supervisor with the appropriate privileges to the outbox.

4. Choose the settings that you prefer and Save.  This should allow you to control the outbound mail flow according to your needs.
