THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:

All versions of Moxie Channels NetAgent (Email) prior to version 8.3 Service Pack 2.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Occasionally, when an Agent receives an email message with an attachment, the attachment is renamed in numerical format and the file extension is stripped off.

ROOT CAUSE:

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

This issue has been resolved in version 8.3 Service Pack 2. Please upgrade to this version or later to resolve this isue.
