Unable to Remove 'Delete Feedback' Option from Internal Access Profile

Knowledgebase version 8.2 prior to Hot Fix 2.
ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
It is not possible to give an Internal User permission to only run a Feedback Report. They will also have the ability to delete that Report. Selecting Feedback will always select Delete Feedback:

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
This is a known issue and has been resolved in Knowledgebase verion 8.2 Hot Fix 2. Apply this or a later Hot Fix to correct this issue.
