Unable to Transfer Emails

THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:
Moxie Channels NetAgent (Email) version 7.0 and later.
ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
Agents are unable to transfer emails to other mailboxes.
ROOT CAUSE:
This is due to lack of sufficient Channel Permissions assigned to the agent; thus preventing the agent from being able to transfer the mails to another mailbox.
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
To enable the 'Transfer to another Mailbox' option in the Moxie Channels Web Administrator:
- Log in to the Cim Channels Web Administrator using an administration account.
- Select Accounts then User Accounts .
- Click on the Login Name of the agent you wish to grant permissions.
- On the Account Information page, scroll down and click on the Show Advanced Settings button.
- Now click on the Channel Permissions tab.
- Under the section Permission for Mailboxes, place a check mark in the 'Transfer to another Mailbox' column for each mailbox necessary.
