Unable to Invite Visitors for Proactive Chat

Moxie Channels NetAgent version 8.x (Proactive Chat)

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

When trying to invite a customer to a Proactive Chat from the Proactive Monitor Screen, the Agent receives the error "There must be at least one available portal in order to make the proactive request."

ROOT CAUSE:

Since the Proactive Chat feature used the chat icon button in the Portal, there must be a Portal configured using the Portal Builder.

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

To resolve this issue, simply create a test portal in the Portal Builder.
