Chat Transcript Search Takes a Long Time to Load or Appears to Freeze

Moxie Channels NetAgent versions 7.0 prior to Service Pack 2.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Chat Transcript Search results take an abnormal amount of time to download or causes the Agent Client to freeze.

ROOT CAUSE:

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

This issue was resolved in Moxie Channels NetAgent version 7.0 Service Pack 4. Please upgade to the latest version to fix this problem.

AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:

Agents with permission to access the Chat Transcript Search.
