ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
The recommended JAVA Version for Moxie Channels NetAgent version 7.x is Sun JRE 1.50_x
ROOT CAUSE:
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
To find the version of Java installed on a workstation:
- Click Start then Control Panel.
- Double-click the "Java" icon to launch the Java Control Panel.
- Click 'About' to check the version of Java installed.
