Moxie Channels NetAgent version 8.0

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

The recommended JAVA Version for Moxie Channels NetAgent version 8.x is Sun JRE 1.50
Important: Sun JRE 1.5.11 is required for agents using Windows Vista.

To find the version of Java installed on a workstation:

Click Start then Control Panel.
Double-click the "Java" icon to launch the Java Control Panel.
Click 'About' to check the version of Java installed.
