Unable to Edit a Blank Article Title

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
If the article title is blank it cannot be edited as there is nothing to click.
ROOT CAUSE:
Since there is no title to click, there is no way to access the link.
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
This is a known issue and is the result of the product design in which clicking the current article title acts as a link to the editing field. In situations where no title exists, there will be no link, eliminating the ability to edit the title. In this case it is suggested to create a new article using the existing content and ensure that a title is entered. As a best practice all articles should have titles at creation.

Internal Users (Authors) and Administrators

Direction for Symptom:
1. Log into the Admin CP and edit an article
2. Delete the article title then save
3. You can no longer edit the title
NOTE: Only do this if you want to reproduce this issue. You will have to re-create this article if you want to put the title back, so it is not advisable to do this with active articles
