Hyperlinking Between Articles

PROCESS:

Please follow the below mentioned steps to create a hyperlink from one article to another.

  1. Log into the KB Admin Control Panel.
  2. Click the Content tab.
  3. Click Article Management in the left pane.
  4. Select the article in which you'd like to insert the hyperlink.
  5. Open the article for editing.
  6. To create an HTML link to another Knowledgebase article, highlight the text that you would like to become the hyperlink.
  7. Then click the 'Insert Article Link' button . You will be prompted to enter the article ID of the article you are linking to, and give the anchor (optional).
  8. This will create an HTML link to the other article that will jump to the article when the link is clicked.
