ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
Unable to login, view, use the KB Admin Control Panel while using non-IE browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc).
ROOT CAUSE:
The KB Admin Control Panel takes advantage of specific Internet Explorer technologies. In order to correctly access the KB Admin Control Panel, you must be using Internet Explorer as your browser.
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
Please use Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher when accessing the KB Admin Control Panel.
AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:
Internal Users and Administrators.
