ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
When tyring to send out a email notification from the Knowledgebase, the following error occurs :
"Microsoft VBScript Runtime Error: Permission Denied"
"Microsoft VBScript Runtime Error: Permission Denied"
ROOT CAUSE:
The Knowledgebase uses Microsoft's IIS SMTP to send out the emails.
For this to happen, the server needs to be able to place email files in specific directories to queue it's outbound email.
When the security on the server restricts this action, the error is generated.

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
Make sure that the anonymous internet user account (IUSR_computername) has permissions to the sub-folders in 'C:\inetpub\mailroot\' (or where appropriate) of the server.
AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:
Users attempting to send out email notifications from Knowledgebase.
