Article Template Transfer Button Not Working in Knowledgebase v8.3.2 HF2

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

When the Article Template Transfer button is clicked, nothing seems to happen.

ROOT CAUSE:

This issue is due to a conflict between Knowledgebase and Windows 2003 Server.

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

This problem has been fixed in Hot Fix 3. Please upgrade to the latest version of Knowledgebase to resolve this issue.
