User Summary Reports

THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:

Knowledgebase 7.0.1 and later

PROCESS:

The purpose of this article is to describe the functionality of the User Summary Report.

AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:

The User Summary report's purpose is to reflect the activity of individual Internal KB users in relation to Article and Knowledge Base creation. The report is run to reflect the data between dates specified by the user. 

The areas that are reported on are as follows:
  • Create Articles - Total Number of Articles created during the specified time frame.
  • Edit Article - Total Number of edits made during this time; this includes all edits made, not just the number of articles edited.
  • Delete Article - Total number of Articles deleted.
  • Create Category - Total number of Categories created.
  • Create Knowledge Base - Total number of Knowledge Bases created.
  • Create Solution Finder - Total Number of Solution Finders created.

If a user has not done one of the above actions, no total will show.
