COM+ Identity Fails Intermittently

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
The COM+ Application fails with this error message:
- Event ID: 10004 Source: DCOM
DCOM got error "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password." and was unable to logon .\UserName in order to run the server:
{1FD7A201-0823-479C-9A4B-2C6128585168}
ROOT CAUSE:
This behavior is by design.
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
Please review this Microsoft Support Article which details more about this error and how to resolve it.
AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:
COM+ objects control a variety of functions within the Knowledgebase, so this issue has the potential to affect all users of Knowledgebase depending on which COM+ object exhibits this error, and how long the issue persists before being corrected.
