Number of Languages Knowledgebase will Index

THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:

Knowledgebase 8.1.1 and later.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Determine the number of languages Autonomy is capable of supporting.

ROOT CAUSE:

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

  1. Log in to the KB Admin Control Panel as an Internal User.
  2. Click the Administration tab.
  3. Select "Search Engine Administration" from the left hand side.
  4. Click the "Get Status" button under "Check Search Engine Health."
  5. A list of supported languages will be displayed near the end of the page as the example displays below. 

AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:

All KB customers utilizing the autonomy search engine and the languages it supports.
