Editing an External User's External Access Profile Does Not Update Correctly

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

When editing the External Access Profile for an Active Directory imported External User, the new settings will not save.

ROOT CAUSE:

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

This issue was fixed in Knowledgebase version 8.3.2 Hot Fix 3. Please upgrade to the latest version of Knowledgebase to resolve this issue.
