THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:
All versions of Knowledgebase.
PROCESS:
Microsoft Powerpoint or Powerpoint viewer must be installed on the Knownledgebase Application Server for Powerpoint files to be viewable. Powerpoint files can be uploaded in normal ".ppt" format or ".pps" slideshow format.
