ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
After installing the Bulk Import Utility and running it, the following errors are encountered:
"System.no reference. no exception. Object reference not set to a instance of a object."
Clicking on OK, results in another error message:
"System.invalidobjectexception: connection string has not been initialized."
ROOT CAUSE:
A previous version of the Bulk Import Utility is installed on the Application Server - only one version can be installed at a time.
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
Verify that the Bulk Import Utility is only installed on the Application Server once.
- Log on to the Application Server with an account with administration privilges.
- Click Start, then select Control Panel.
- Double-click the "Add or Remove Programs" Icon.
- Verify that the Bulk Import Utility is not in the list, if it is uninstall it.
- Log on to the Support website at http://cimsupport.ngenera.com/ and click on the Product Download tab.
- Select the nGen Knowledgebase Bulk Import Tool which coresponds to your Knowledgebase version.
- After the file has downlowded, double-click it to install.

Administrators using the nGen Knowledgebase Bulk Import Utility.
