Custom Messages in the KB Admin Control Panel

THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:
All versions of Knowledgebase
PROCESS:
1. Log in to the KB Admin Control Panel
2. Click on the Administration tab
3. Click onĀ Internal Access Profile
4. Ensure that Custom Message is checked in Internal Homepage Modules.
5. Save any changes you make.
6. Click on the Administration tab
7. Click on Internal Users
8. Go to your internal user account and click the pencil next to Custom Message.
9. Make your edits and click Save.

7. Click on Internal Users
8. Go to your internal user account and click the pencil next to Custom Message.
9. Make your edits and click Save.

All internal authors and administrators who wish to utilize the custom message feature within the Admin Control Panel
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This article only applies to the Custom Message feature within the KB Admin Control Panel. There is also a Custom Message feature for the Customer Portal, which is accessed and configured differently.
