Template Code Displaying within Article

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
A custom HTML template with multiple sections has been created. However, when an article is created with the template, the template code and/or custom HTML code is visible. For example:
ROOT CAUSE:
The HTML code which was entered for creating the custom Knowledgebase template is using improper syntax. Due to the incorrect syntax, the article template HTML code displayed in the Knowledgebase article is displayed instead of the correct content.
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
Ensure that all code contains the proper syntax.

The correct syntax is the following “[[articleBody:NFC Location]” - note the capitalized "B" in "articleBody".
