Bulk Export of Articles

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Occasionally administrators or Knowledgebase (KB) customers require a bulk export of all their articles as stand-alone files from there hosted KB server, which we have at our data center.  Currently there is no function to allow users to bulk export all of their Knowledgebase articles as single files.  This requires assistance from our OnDemand Services Team or Professional Services Team.  If you require a bulk export of all your KB articles, please contact your account manager to learn more about this additional service we can provide.

Knowledgebase users who wish to bulk export their current articles.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

There is a special feature that can be added to your license that permits the administrator to export the customer-facing Knowledgebase (KB) portal to a standalone .chm file.  However, this is not part of the KB bulk export of KB articles which customers may desire, and is considered a completely separate feature.
