Launching Agent Client in Internet Explorer 9

Internet Explorer 9 (IE 9) has made several changes regarding how some extensions are handled, one example being .jnlp extensions. Instead of automatically launching (as in past iterations of Windows), IE 9 now prompts the user to click decision buttons at the bottom of the page. Please view the screenshot below:

Choosing "Open" within the window at the bottom will allow the TAC to launch properly.

Note: IE 9 is not supported for use with CIM Channels NetAgent 9.x and lower. Other odd behavior within Agent Client may also be experienced when using IE 9. For best results use a version of Internet Explorer that is supported for your current version of CIM Channels NetAgent.
