ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
Articles converted to HTML open twice in the portal. Once in the portal frame and again in separate window.
RESOLVED IN:
This is resolved in 9.0.1 HotFix 2 per TFS ID #18144.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This only occurs when opening html converted articles in Portal Style 4 portals in version 9.0.1.82.1.
