The Feedback Report in Knowledgebase 9.0 and greater returns both Portal and Article Feedback supplied by logged in External Users and non-logged in users.
Fields of the report
- Article #: For Article Feedback the ID number of the article is noted.
- Knowledgebase: For Article Feedback the Knowledgebase that the article belongs to is noted.
- User: For Article and Portal Feedback the User ID of logged in External Users is noted.
- Create Date: The date the Feedback was sent is noted.
- Email Address: For Article and Portal Feedback the Email Address of logged in External Users is noted. For Portal Feedback the Email address entered by non-logged in users is noted.
- Comment: The comment provided in the feedback form for both Article and Portal feedback is noted.
- Last Searches: The last search conducted by the user prior to Article Feedback is noted.
- Last Article Viewed: The last article viewed by the user prior to Feedback is noted.
