What Does the Feedback Report Show

This article applies to Knowledgebase 9.0 and later.

The Feedback Report in Knowledgebase 9.0 and greater returns both Portal and Article Feedback supplied by logged in External Users and non-logged in users.

Fields of the report

  1. Article #: For Article Feedback the ID number of the article is noted.
  2. Knowledgebase: For Article Feedback the Knowledgebase that the article belongs to is noted.
  3. User: For Article and Portal Feedback the User ID of logged in External Users is noted.
  4. Create Date: The date the Feedback was sent is noted.
  5. Email Address: For Article and Portal Feedback the Email Address of logged in External Users is noted. For Portal Feedback the Email address entered by non-logged in users is noted.
  6. Comment: The comment provided in the feedback form for both Article and Portal feedback is noted.
  7. Last Searches: The last search conducted by the user prior to Article Feedback is noted.
  8. Last Article Viewed: The last article viewed by the user prior to Feedback is noted.
