How to change article upload limits

THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:

All versions of Knowledgebase

PROCESS:

If the Knowledgebase system is dedicated hosted or the Knowledgebase system is hosted on premises (not by Moxie Software) do the following:

1.      Log in to admin panel

2.      Go to the administration tab

3.      Go to system settings

4.      Increase the limit to desired amount.  
 
 

Note:  If on a shared hosted system this must be completed by On-Demand Services only. 
There is an upload limit on shared hosted articles.

The limits are listed here:
Group A - 15 MB
Group B - 15 MB
Group C - 15 MB
Group D - 20 MB
Group F - 15 MB

If you are a shared hosted Knowledgebase client and you are not positive which cluster you are on, please call 1-877-373-7848, option 2 and our support team can confirm it.
